The other day, I was creating an Aura Art painting, focusing on “transmutation” and taking any existing negative thoughts, emotions and energies, and having them be transmuted through the painting itself. Then it occurred to me that ALL of the paintings that I create do this!

Each and every painting is a process of self healing and transmutation that I undergo, and I receive new growth and insights everytime. Each one leaves me feeling different from before, and it is refreshing for me to realize this. It was a real bonk-on-the-head moment for me doing this particular painting. Here I was trying to specifically create something in a specific way, and not realizing that as I follow my intuition with each painting, this is what is happening anyway. I had to laugh at myself. The self healing that occurred through the creation of this “transmutation” piece was the realization that it is a lot easier to just go with the flow and not try so hard all the time. When I follow my intuition and allow things to unfold at their own pace, in their own unique way, the things that I desire happen anyway!

So cheers to all who have shared the Aura Art experience with me! It is a gift to me and a gift to all to experience our own unique versions of the world in all its beauty and glory. Peace!

It is not my job to try to heal anyone else’s sorrows. It IS my job to follow my intuition and offer support and compassion, while continuing to focus on creating positive change in my own life. It IS my job to find relief from my own sorrows, and in turn, I will be better able to offer support to those who are trying to do the same. It is ineffective to pity anyone or any circumstance, for it is all necessary in each person’s or situation’s growth and evolution. I cannot make anyone see anything a certain way, but I can offer a compassionate ear or a shoulder to lean on during difficult times. If someone wants my advice, then I may give it if my intuition finds it appropriate. We are each on our unique paths and what is right for one may be absurd for another. It is our job as individuals to seek and receive our own joy and peace in life, and to do all things with great love.
